Elevate Your Coaching

ICF are able to award certified coaches an ICF credential. Holding an ICF credential shows that you’ve completed rigorous coach-specific training and are committed to upholding the ICF standards of coaching.

There are three main levels of ICF credentials:

• ACC (Associate Certified Coach): Foundational level — demonstrating solid coaching skills and understanding of core competencies.

• PCC (Professional Certified Coach): Advanced level — showing refined mastery, experience, and a deeper ability to create transformation.

• MCC (Master Certified Coach): The highest level — representing artistry, wisdom, and excellence in the coaching profession.

Your ICF-accredited certification demonstrates that you have gone through ICF coach training. Your certificate is awarded through She Leads. A credential can only be awarded by the ICF. 

An ICF credential provides coaches with increased client and market recognition, higher earning potential, more career opportunities, and access to a global network, while also demonstrating a commitment to high professional and ethical standards. 

The credential validates a coach's training and experience, fosters personal and professional growth, and offers exclusive resources and the use of an official ICF logo to promote their services. 

The PCC credential represents a deeper level of coaching mastery. While ACC demonstrates competency, PCC reflects greater presence, confidence, and the ability to create profound transformation with clients. It also opens doors to new opportunities, including mentoring, training, and advanced coaching roles.

PCC/Level 2 coaches gain access to higher levels of credibility, visibility, and leadership. You can be listed as an ICF Mentor Coach, attract clients through the ICF directory, command higher fees, and be eligible to teach or assess within accredited coach training programs.

Yes. On successful completion of the program, you will receive a new certification to demonstrate your additional coach training hours. 

No. You don´t need to have signed your first paying clients to upgrade to this option. 

No. It doesn´t matter if you don´t yet have ACC/Level 1. This training will provide you with additional coach training hours to apply directly to ICF level 2/PCC

Yes. Many graduates find that the PCC/Level 2 credential boosts their credibility and helps them attract higher-paying, more committed clients. You’ll also be eligible to appear in the ICF Coach and Mentor Directories, where individuals and organizations actively search for certified coaches.

Yes, You don’t need to be certified to begin this training. If you’ve completed some coach training and feel ready to grow your skills and credibility, you’re welcome to join.
