MEET Dani Watson, founder of She Leads

For years, I did what I felt I should do.  I went to university, law school, and thought success meant climbing the corporate ladder.

But I soon realised that this was a version of success that didn’t actually light me up.

I didn´t want success to come at the cost of my mental health, my creativity, or my sense of self.

Then, I discovered the world of coaching.

I remember seeing women working from their laptops, creating their own schedules, doing work that mattered and my first thought was:


“Is this real? It sounds too good to be true.”

But something in me knew that this was my purpose, and so I embarked on my coach training and never looked back. 

My business took off quickly. After just 3 months of getting certified, I was already earning around £10k a month and decided to quit my job to focus on my coaching business. 

But despite my fast growth, I was slipping back into the same patterns of stress, pressure and perfectionism.

I knew I wanted to continue to succeed, but I also didn´t want to sacrifice my values, energy, or joy to do it.

Discovering the work of feminine energy was a defining moment in my coaching journey. 

It is this work that has allowed me to build an 8-figure company from a place of alignment, ease, and purpose.

My mission now is to support women who are ready to turn their lived experiences into powerful transformation for others, without burning out or compromising who they are to succeed.
